If you’re sick and tired of dealing with airport crowds, security checkpoints, layovers and all the other unpleasantries that come along with flying commercially, perhaps it’s time you try travelling a different way—privately, with newly launched Uberesque company, JetSmarter.
JetSmarter makes it quick and easy to book and complete secure payments using only your mobile device and a credit card. Once the app is programmed with your payment information, booking is even more speedy, and painless. The process is paperless, highly secure and convenient to use.
JetSmarter runs through a custom smartphone application that helps compare private air travel options while offering serious discounts (including 4,000+ free flights per month to members). Need to customize your flight? JetSmarter makes it easy. While it’s possible to hop on an existing flight and get where you need to go for less, it’s also possible to book a flight of your very own.
JetSmarter believes once people realize how easy and affordable flying private has become, they’ll begin to consider a membership that not only saves them money, but dramatically improves their life.
JetSmarter members pay $US9,000 a year — roughly $US800 a month — to get unlimited access to private flights. They will currently fly you anywhere in the world, except for war zones or other places deemed too dangerous for air travel. JetSmarter even provides a free helicopter transport from the airport to your final destination.
JetSmarter announced back in July that it had closed a $US20 million round of investment. Contributing investors include the Saudi Royal Family, entertainment mogul Jay Z, and “high net worth individuals,” as well as executives from Goldman Sachs and Twitter.
